Armarius (“we”, “us”) is a service of Good Choice Media, based in New Hampshire, USA. This page explains what personal data we collect on armarius.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
Launch list signup. If you enter your email address in our “Notify Me” form, we store that address for one purpose only: to email you when Armarius launches and to share occasional major updates about the platform before launch.
Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) in server logs for security and operations. These logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, we do not set cookies for visitors, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. All fonts, images, and videos on this site are served directly from our own domain — no data is transferred to Google or other third-party services when you visit this page.
Form submissions are processed by our website (WordPress/WPForms) hosted in Europe and delivered to our team mailbox. Access is limited to the Good Choice Media team.
We process your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the signup form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We keep launch-list addresses until Armarius has launched and the notification cycle is complete, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or simply ask to be removed from the launch list. EU/EEA residents additionally have the rights granted by the GDPR (including data portability and complaint to a supervisory authority); California residents have the rights granted by the CCPA. To exercise any of these, email us — we respond promptly.
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we add features (such as accounts or purchasing) this policy will be updated before those features go live.
